Practical approaches against worrying
If you spend a lot of time worrying about things you can't control, here are six things that can help:
- Determine what you can control.
- Focus on your influence.
- Identify your fears. Create a plan to manage your stress.
- Differentiate between ruminating and problem-solving.
- Hard work and results are not the same. - Develop healthy affirmations.
- Supervisors / Sponsors, teachers, classmates, PolyU, targeted customers, potential partners, friends - Stay positive.
